Wireframing

Wireframes are the blueprints of the digital experience. They are quick to create and capture user requirements in a visual format. Once finalized, wireframes are easily transitioned to the content creation, visual design and development teams.

Expert Evaluation

A heuristic (or best-practice) evaluation can provide valuable insight into what will provide the highest value to improve. Heuristic evaluation is a fast, effective method to find existing problems and actionable recommendations to improve user experience.

Usability Testing

User experience problems with your site or app make are often difficult to identify and prioritize. Usability Testing is the best method of uncovering customer problems through observing & gathering feedback live. A formal testing methodology ensures that results are objective, prioritized, understandable and actionable.
